Egg Washing Machine

A custom-built Kleenline Egg Washing Machine was recently completed in which equipment accepts bulk quantities of eggs from the customer’s existing equipment, transfers the eggs through an approximately 30 gallon tank, inclines the eggs, and transfers the eggs to the customer’s existing equipment.

The conveyor is comprised of a level running section through the tank and a final incline section with the conveyors consisting of approximately 1” diameter rods on approximately 2” centers. The tank enclosure is constructed from 316 stainless steel and includes removable side panels. The Egg Wash Conveyor was designed and built for full wash down. This machine design was proven successful in previous years, so replicating the design for their product line and the fact that it remained within the customer's budget resulted in how we won this project.
