When product orientation is critical, the Vertical Serpentine Accumulator is an optimal solution on a First In - First Out basis. This system not only recirculates product until downstream processes are ready but also ensures First In–First Out accumulation, which is essential for buffering downstream processes. The Vertical Accumulator, an integral part of this system, maintains critical product orientation, effectively solving production fluctuations caused by stoppages and varying machine speeds.
